Return policy
To return a ticket, it is necessary to fill out the standard Return Application form.
The application should be completed in the currency in which the ticket was paid:

Please note that all fields in the application must be completed. The information must be complete, accurate, and up-to-date at the time of filling out the application. If the application is submitted with insufficient or inaccurate information, it will not be processed and the funds will not be refunded.
Then, scan the completed application and ticket and send them to us by email at contact@mobility.partners
Important!
Without the submitted completed application, the ticket will not be canceled and funds will not be refunded.
The retention amount for an unused ticket is set individually by the carrier and depends on the time from the application submission to the departure of the trip.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the ticket, to the details from which the payment was made, and to the person who made the payment.
The refund period takes up to 10 business days.
